2. Services

A1 Polyglot offers free and paid language-learning services and digital resources, including articles, videos, quizzes, web applications, courses, memberships, live sessions, conversation activities, newsletters, and other educational resources.

Some services may require creating an account, purchasing a product, or maintaining an active subscription.

Specific features, schedules, instructors, activities, applications, and other benefits included with a particular product or membership may vary over time as A1 Polyglot continues to develop and improve its services.

We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue specific features or services when necessary.

3. User Accounts

Some A1 Polyglot services may require you to create an account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments for A1 Polyglot products, services, and memberships may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

A1 Polyglot does not directly store or process your complete credit or debit card information.

Some products and services, including A1 Polyglot Club, are offered as recurring subscriptions.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to automatically charge the corresponding membership fee at each billing period until the subscription is canceled.

The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, and conditions will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Users may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed, except when covered by an applicable refund policy, guarantee, or applicable law.

After cancellation, access to the service will generally remain available until the end of the period already paid for, unless a refund is issued or otherwise stated.

5. A1 Polyglot Club Membership

A1 Polyglot Club is a subscription-based language practice membership that may include live conversation sessions, group activities, digital resources, access to selected A1 Polyglot applications, and other benefits described on the A1 Polyglot website.

An active membership provides access to the benefits available under the member’s current plan.

Live session schedules, instructors, activities, group availability, and included resources may change when necessary.

A1 Polyglot may make reasonable modifications to the Club in order to improve the service, adjust scheduling, accommodate participation levels, or respond to operational needs.

Certain sessions, groups, languages, levels, or activities may require a minimum number of participants. When applicable, these requirements will be communicated to members.

A1 Polyglot Club is intended to provide opportunities to practice and improve language skills. Membership does not guarantee a specific level of language proficiency, fluency, academic result, professional result, or learning outcome.

Individual progress depends on factors including participation, practice, previous knowledge, consistency, and individual learning habits.

6. Founding Member and Promotional Pricing

From time to time, A1 Polyglot may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special membership conditions, including founding-member pricing.

When a membership is specifically offered with a locked-in founding price, that price will remain available to the member as long as the qualifying subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.

If the membership is canceled, expires, or is terminated due to failed or unresolved payment, the founding price may be lost.

If the user later joins A1 Polyglot Club again, the price and conditions available at the time of the new registration will apply.

Promotional or founding-member prices are personal and may not be transferred to another person or account.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The first payment for an A1 Polyglot Club membership is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you decide that A1 Polyglot Club is not right for you, you may request a refund of your first membership payment within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, contact A1 Polyglot using the contact information provided on our website and include the email address associated with your membership.

No explanation or justification is required to request the refund within the guarantee period.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the user’s initial A1 Polyglot Club membership payment.

The guarantee does not restart with subsequent renewals, cancellations, reactivations, or new subscriptions by the same user.

Once a refund is issued under the 30-day guarantee, access to paid A1 Polyglot Club benefits may be terminated.

The 30-day guarantee does not limit any additional rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your A1 Polyglot Club subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless a refund is issued, you will generally continue to have access to your membership until the end of your current paid billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for previous payments, except under the 30-day money-back guarantee described above or when required by applicable law.

If you cancel a membership with founding-member or promotional pricing and later decide to return, your previous promotional price may no longer be available.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use A1 Polyglot and its services only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, applications, courses, memberships, or other services.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, content, or information belonging to A1 Polyglot or other users.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit paid content, educational materials, applications, recordings, or membership resources without prior written authorization from A1 Polyglot.

A1 Polyglot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or when a user’s behavior significantly interferes with the experience, safety, or participation of other members.

10. Live Sessions and Community Participation

Users participating in live sessions, conversation groups, communities, or other interactive activities are expected to communicate respectfully with instructors and other participants.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from a session or suspension or termination of access to the Club.

Live sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled, modified, or canceled due to instructor availability, technical issues, holidays, participation levels, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When reasonable and possible, A1 Polyglot will attempt to provide notice of significant scheduling changes.

11. External Links and Third-Party Services

A1 Polyglot may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, communication platforms, video conferencing services, or other external services.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

A1 Polyglot is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, or practices of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content available through A1 Polyglot, including text, graphics, educational materials, exercises, videos, audio, applications, branding, logos, and other original materials, belongs to A1 Polyglot or is used with appropriate authorization.

Purchasing a product or membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the applicable materials for personal educational purposes.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the user.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

13. Educational Disclaimer

A1 Polyglot provides educational resources and language practice opportunities.

Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee that participation in a course, membership, application, or activity will result in fluency, certification, employment, academic credit, or any specific level of language proficiency.

A1 Polyglot Club is not presented as a substitute for an accredited educational institution unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program or partnership.

14. Limitation of Liability

A1 Polyglot works to provide reliable and useful educational services, but we cannot guarantee that every website, application, live session, or digital service will always operate without interruption or technical problems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, A1 Polyglot will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or temporary inability to use our services.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
